Went down to the SD chapter to catch the Aerosol & Aluminum art show that James and Matt Lingo put together. They teamed up with Leader Bikes to supply frames to some really great artists and also showcased Lingo’s photography. Chrome Industries was also out there supplying everyone with some free beer via their built in tap on the side of the truck. Red Bull supplied the music and of their new flavors.
Once the race ended at the show there was a bunch of people there to show their support for the art and fixed gear community here in San Diego. Over all it was a good show, a good mix of medium and people. It was rad to also get a chance to catch up with some old friends and meet some new ones. I’ll have to get down here more often. Thanks to everyone who came out! Hopefully there will be more to come!

Adam Hawthorne’s frame was rad. You gotta love him showing his UVT support.
Traditional and simple, Cant beat it.
This Risk surfboard was awesome. The detail throughout the board was impressive.
I really enjoyed Matt Lingo’s work at the show. If you haven’t checked out his work you should look it up.
Free beer? Sure why not. Chrome dispensing it via cargo van.
Thanks to Red Bull, they came out and played some tunes.
